Yes. Go to Account Settings > Payment Methods and add or remove QRIS, DANA, OVO or GoPay accounts. Existing balances stay in your account. Withdrawals always go to the method you used for your most recent deposit unless you request otherwise.

Minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 across all methods. QRIS, DANA, OVO and GoPay transfers process within 24 hours. If your withdrawal doesn't arrive, check your payment app first, then contact support with your transaction ID.

Your account remains active as long as you log in at least once every 12 months. If inactive for 12 months, we may freeze it. You can reactivate by logging in again. Any balance remains yours — we don't charge inactivity fees.

Yes. Go to Account Settings > Account Closure and confirm. We'll freeze your account immediately. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn within 30 days. After 30 days, unclaimed balances are held per local law. Reactivation requires a new signup.
